Content * [vc_row full_width="stretch_row_content"][vc_column][vc_column_text]The Corporate Resource Cell organized a great knowledge sharing session as they invited Mr. Vivekanand Pathak, Mr. Shailesh Kumar and Mr. Manas Chatterjee from Autonext, A Unit of Engineers Heritage Trust on 27th and 28th February, 2017. The students of B.Tech and Diploma 6th semester Mechanical branch andAutomobile branch as well as B.Tech 4th semester Automobile branch were the target audience for this lecture. AUTO-NEXT is a technical training unit of Engineers Heritage Trust which has been in collaboration with automobile based companies, consultants & associated with some of the renowned organizations. The speaker started his discussion with an energized welcome to the students and engaged in a discussion mode and hit the mark straight with the explanation of Basic fundamentals of Automobile Engineering, Advancement in Automobile Engineering and SAE Car Design and Fabrication. The expertise genres of the Guest Speaker were Basic fundamentals of Automobile Engineering, Advancement in Automobile Engineering and SAE Car Design and Fabrication. TheAutonext Training program provides students with organized learning experiences along with actual workshop training, to equip them with the requisite knowledge and experience to work in different automobile sectors. Veteran of this field, Vivekanand Pathak, Mr. Shailesh Kumar and Mr. ManasChatterjee shared their vast knowledge regarding Automobile, Basics of Automobile and Advancement in Automobile. Automobile Engineering is a branch which study of engineering which teaches manufacturing, designing, mechanical-mechanisms as well operations of automobiles. It is an introduction to vehicle engineering which deals with motorcycles, cars, buses trucks etc. It includes branch study of mechanical, electronic, software and safety elements. Second topic of discussion was specifically about Various systems of Automobile engineering like, fuel systems, cooling systems, lubrication systems, etc. They also briefly discussed about designing, SAE Car Design, SAE Car Fabrication technology, Designing parameters and Rulebook of F.S.A.E which was the prime focus of the discussion. The best example given was about TATA Nano, TATA Prima, TATA Pixel, TATA Mega Pixel, etc. Highlight of the lecture portrayed that the students learned all the basics of components of Automobile. Also they included the designing session of SAE Car and its fabrication.The best learning outcomefor the students were that they got the fundamentals of components used in Automobile industry and their uses.They concluded with the uses of various elite components as well as they were able to create the awareness amongst themselves about various recent technologies which are currently developed. The lecture was enlightening for all the students as they gained knowledge about the various Pollution norms and also the safety features since now days the major focus is on the reducing the pollution and providing maximum safety to the passengers.
